If there is any quality issue or wrong delivery, feedback to us, you can:

1. Negotiate with us for some more items in next order as a kind of compensation.  

2. Require a refund of corresponding part of payments for compensation. We will refund to your payment account. The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition when you received. And please make sure the quantity is correct .

3.If it is not due to Vapomesi’s fault, normally buyers need to afford the return shipping cost. You can feedback and negotiate with us anytime!
